How to add Meta information to your site:
1. start from any edit page using the website wizard
2. click on “Meta Info” near the top of the page
3. add words about your page with each separate phrase/word separated by a comma i.e. Orlando, real estate, buy, sell, condo
4. click on the drop down box and click on “Description”
5. add a description of your page i.e. “Mark Yaschik is your source for Fort Myers real estate. On his site you can search for your next home, condo or plot of land.”
6. click “Save and Publish” and your done!

How to import contacts into PRIMA:
1. from “My Contacts” in the back office click on “Import”
2. “Browse” and find the file you would like to import. Click on “Upload”
3. select which group you would like to import into (if no group is selected the contacts will not go into a group)
4. check or uncheck send welcome letter
5. create a password. each customer will be able to save property searches and more
6. match up the column with the appropriate data field i.e. the email column should be matched up with “Email Address”
7. go to the bottom right of the screen and click “Import Selected”

How to Link Foreclosures on Your PRIMA Website
To add a Foreclosure link:
1. create the search on your MLS
2. email the search to yourself (as if you are the client)
3. copy the link provided in the email
4. while editing your website type in “Foreclosures”

How to Use Transaction Desk
Transaction Desk
o Go to http://www.floridarealtors.org/
o Click on the green “Sign In” button at the top
o Click on “Transaction Desk”
o You might see a beige box open at the top of the page “Pop-up Blocked” -right click then left click on “Always Allow Pop-Ups”
o Click on “Start a new Transaction”
Step 1 Setting up the transaction
o Fill in the “Transaction Name” i.e. the property’s address
o Select the type of transaction i.e. “Residential Sale”
o Go to the bottom and select “Start Transaction”
Step 2 Property Information
o Enter in all of the information you know. If you do not know something or it is not pertinent to the contract leave it blank
o On the top right click on “Next”
Step 3 Dates
o Add all of the dates you know. Again if you don’t know something it is fine to leave it blank
o On the top right click on “Next”
Step 4 Parties involved in the transaction
o I would like to “Add New Transaction Contact” click “Go”
o Click on the drop down box to select the participant you want to add i.e. Buyer
o Click “Continue”
o Fill out all of the information you know
o Click on “Save Contact Information”
o On the top right click on “Next”
Step 5
o Click on “Save and Exit” on the left.
Step 6
o You are now at the Transaction Overview
o Move to the Forms On-line Gold section and click “edit”
Step 7
o Place a check mark next to all of the contracts
o Click on the drop down box and select “Auto Populate All Forms”
o Click on “Go”
Step 8
o Click on the first contract - this opens up an editable version of the contract
o Go through the contract and fill it out.
o Click on the “save” button near the top left
o Click on the next form in the list and fill it out
o Repeat these steps until all of the contracts have been filled out

o You are ready to Print, Email, or Fax the Packaged Contracts
