How to add contacts to your Contact Manager:
1. login -here-
2. click on “My Contacts”
3. click on “Add a Contact”
4. enter at least the first name, last name and email address of your contact. You assign a password for each of your customers
5. click “Save”
6. I would recommend sending a “welcome letter” - button at the bottom

This easy procedure requires two main steps.

1. go to my website -here-
2. roll your mouse over the "Newsletter" tab on the right and select the newsletter you would like to copy. the Naples newsletter can ALWAYS be found -here-
3. highlight and copy all of the content
__________________________________________________________

1. sign into the back office by clicking -here-
2. click on "Messaging"
3. click on "Edit Letters"
4. click on the first drop down box and select "Newsletter Campaign"
5. click on the second drop down box and select the appropriate month's letter i.e. April
6. scroll down to the body of the newsletter
7. paste in the content you copied from my site
8. click on "Save" at the bottom

How to access Realtor.com Showcase Enhancements:
1. begin by clicking -here-
2. select your MLS, input your username and password
3. click “Sign In”
4. click Yes to accept the Terms and Conditions.

Editing Your Agent/Office Information
1. from the menu on the left, select Account Information.
2. select Agent/Office Info from the gray submenu.
3. complete form with current information.
4. click the photo-box to add Agent Photo (or Office Logo).
5. click Save Changes.

How To Add Photos To Your Listings On REALTOR.com®
NOTE: If this is the first time you have added photos to listings you will get an ActiveX permission
message. You must accept this and grant permission to install the applet on your computer in
order to add photos to your listings.

1. login to the Control Panel.
2. from the menu on the left, select Enhance My Listings.
3. click Select a Listing from the gray submenu.
4. click the Edit link that corresponds with the listing you wish to enhance.
5. click Edit Listing Photos.
6. click on the photobox to locate the photo on your computer.
7. select a .jpg or .bmp file and click Open.
8. click in the Caption box next to the image and type a 25 character caption to appear beneath the photo.
9. repeat for each additional listing photo.
10. click Save Changes.

To Add A Headline To Your Listings
1. login to the Control Panel.
2. from the menu on the left, select Enhance My Listings.
3. click Select a Listing from the gray submenu.
4. click the Edit link that corresponds with the listing you wish to enhance.
5. click Edit Headline.
6. enter desired headline (up to 50 characters) for listing.
7. click Save.

To Add Text Descriptions To Your Listings
1. login to the Control Panel.
2. from the menu on the left, select Enhance My Listings.
3. click Select a Listing from the gray submenu.
4. click the Edit link that corresponds with the listing you wish to enhance.
5. click Edit Text Description.
6. enter desired REALTOR.com® description (appears on REALTOR.com®
Listing Detail Page) and/or Website Description (Appears on your REALTOR.com®
personal web site under the View My Listings
tab).
7. choose which description you would like to view for each description area.
8. click Save.

To Add Scrolling Text To Your Listings
1. login to the Control Panel.
2. from the menu on the left, select Enhance My Listings.
3. click Select a Listing from the gray submenu.
4. click the Edit link that corresponds with the listing you wish to enhance.
5. click Edit Scrolling Text
6. enter desired text to be displayed moving across the listing detail page above your custom property description on REALTOR.com®.
7. choose desired font, style, color and size.
8. click Save.

1. login to the back office -here-
2. click on “Messaging”
3. click on “My Campaigns”
4. select the appropriate campaign from the top drop down box i.e. “Newsletter Campaign”
5. go to the second set of boxes near the bottom
6. all the names on the left are currently receiving your letter - all on the right are excluded
7. select the appropriate names on the right and click “Add”
8. click “Save”

1. please call PREA at 888-732-5778
2. let them know that your eCards account is blocked due to spam notifications
3. they will send you an email describing how to prevent this issue from occurring again in the future
4. once you send the email back they will very quickly unlock your account

2. click on “Preferences” near the top right of the screen
3. scroll down to the bottom of the page
4. make your changes and click “Save” (just above the email subject line)

1. login to the back office by clicking -here-
2. click on “My Contacts”
3. type in the customer’s name or email address in the “Matching” field and click “Search”
4. double click on the customer’s name
5. click on “Searches”
6. click on the name of the search description i.e. “Naples - Pelican Bay”
7. click the email updates “Yes” to turn off or “No” to turn on the updates

Add a Widget to Your PRIMA Website

  1. start by logging into PRIMA click -here-
  2. click on "My Website"
  3. click on "Edit ThisPage" inside the "Site Helper" blue box
  4. near the bottom right of the screen click on "Add a Widget"
  5. Select the widget you would like to use: Featured Listings, Weather, Language Translator or Text Blurb (write your own content)
  6. Once you make your selection click "Add"
  7. Click on "Save and Publish"!
