How to edit the Welcome Letter:
1. login to the back office by clicking -here-
2. click on “Preferences” near the top right of the screen
3. scroll down to the bottom of the page
4. make your changes and click “Save” (just above the email subject line)
Note: you can also change the Imported Welcome Letter and Welcome Letter Resend
